Dr Tina Janamian is the General Manager of Education and Innovation for the AGPAL Group of Companies. She is responsible for leading a dynamic team to develop and deliver on education and training to over 400 contractors and over 10,000 clients nationally. She is also the Director of the Health Care Homes Program at the AGPAL Group of Companies, leading the Commonwealth Health Care Homes training and education program nationally.

Tina has an academic background in primary health care and extensive experience strategically leading centres of research excellence to support Australia’s health care reform. She has over 10 years of senior leadership experience and a track record of effectively collaborating with a range of stakeholders and strengthening partnerships with industry, health care professionals, policy makers and consumers to co-deliver on complex multidisciplinary initiatives and services.


In the past 10 years, Tina has won and successfully delivered on $30m worth of projects and tenders for Federal and State governments and health organisations, related to education and training, health care transformation, workforce development, integrated care and implementation of innovative models of care.

Additionally, Tina is a Director on two not-for-profit Boards, a Member of an Editorial Board, and reviewer for several primary care journals, and has considerable experience in business development and commercialisation across a range of industries. Tina is passionate about improving service delivery across the healthcare landscape through continuous quality improvement and innovative models of care to support better patient outcomes and experience, particularly for those most vulnerable in the community.
